Lauren received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Alabama in 2016. She is also a proud alum of the University of Southern Mississippi where she received her Exercise Science degree in 2013. Her childhood was spent locally, in which she graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School.

Lauren has received further education with the Mckenzie Institute as she is a Certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) Therapist. She is also certified in dry needling and has been trained in Spinal Manipulative Therapy by the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Lauren enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running, and participating in Crossfit at her local gym.
